Juliet Greener heads up our fine wines and spirits department. Having trained as a chef at Lieth's School of Food and Wine, she went on to run restaurants in London, and has selected and supplied wines and spirits for private dining at some of the most prestigious houses in the British countryside.
Much of her experience was gained spending time with owners of vineyards in the Bordeaux, Burgundy, and Champagne regions.
Busby hold two specialist wine and spirits sales a year.
