A large late 18th / early 19th century Indo-Persian Pesh Kabz dagger, tapering blade formed with reinforced back-edge, the gilt iron hilt decorated with foliage and flying beetle, (some minor loss to gilding), curved beaked walrus-ivory hilt retained by steel rivets, pommel with small lanyard ring, in a leather scabbard, 48cm
